Q: How much lead time is needed to order linen rental?

A: It’s always best to place your order at least 6 months prior to your event to ensure that your items will be available for your special day. Weddings and special event rentals book up quickly!

Q: How do I place an order?

A: We’ve made the process as easy as possible. See which product you want on our website, indicate how many items you will need and add to your cart! Full payment and/or deposits can be made online with major credit cards or you can mail a check. Once your payment is received, checks take one week to clear,  your reservation is held.

Q: Are there contracts to sign?

A: Yes. On our website under Terms and Conditions, there is a rental agreement which must be signed either online or printed and sent. There is also a general order form which will include your event date, location, primary contact information and what items you wish to request.

Q: Is there a cancellation policy?

A: Yes. Under terms and conditions you will find the cancellation policy. There is a non-refundable deposit of 50% due upon your initial order and signing of your contract. The remainder of the payment is due 15 days prior to your event.

Q: Is set up and tear down offered as a service?

A: Yes. There is a fee for set up and tear down service if you don’t wish for you or your family and friends to be bothered with the task of doing this the night before and day after your event.
